This diet is more organic and people lose weight as a result. The unprocessed food contains complex fibers that are not digested by stomach immediately. Therefore, you tend to lose weight.

In reality, all the above 7 discussed diet plans do not have any severe side effects. These are popular diet plans across the world and very effective in weight reduction process.

Some of the diet plans are very easy to follow and you do not have to make huge efforts for that. These diet plans are more lifestyle based than a proper diet plan. You just have to make your mindset and change your lifestyle, nothing else.
